There’s something special about process and play to guide your creativity. It allows for exploration and challenges conventional methods, ultimately it gives you more respect and curiosity for the materials used and the process itself.

Inspired by the copper paintings that Warner has been developing since 2015, she introduced a collection of jewelry in November of 2019. The work explores Sterling Silver, Antique Bronze, and Copper and endeavours to juxtapose harder geometric shapes with organic fused metal while playing with depth through textures and patinas. Warner has included a variety of casting and fabrication methods in her new collection, each of which is a unique one of a kind piece. Warner's works are finished with a various types of patinas to enhance the depth and textures and create a rustic or antique feeling in each piece.

Also, in 2019, Warner reintroduced ceramics into her artistic practice. She works to challenge the media and the conventional techniques used with clay. Warner explores hand building, wheel throwing, and slip casting, often warping, tearing, adding textures after the original forming. She has also recently started adding metal elements into pieces inspired by her jewelry work and her copper paintings.

“Each piece is one of a kind.”
